Can women really kick that hard?

My sister says women can kick hard enough to hurt a man... is this true. Everyone knows that most guys are way stronger than girls because females are the weaker sex.

As someone who has taken numerous anatomy/physiology classes, I'll say this: male/female musculature differences can become very minimal in the lower half of the body. That is to say - while men do, on average, possess more muscle (and with it increased strength due to testosterone), females still have an immense amount of power in their lower body due to it containing the largest muscle groups. So to answer your question - yes, women can kick incredible hard. The biggest impact, however, comes down to training and whether those muscles have experienced hypertrophy. In this case, it's training/weightlifting that'll have the biggest impact on your ability to kick hard - not gender.

It depends. If you're a naturally big boned women with more muscle, then yeah, you'll kick hard. If you're a naturally slim woman, then you probably won't kick hard
