Imagine if a woman is just walking along and a man tries pulling her towards him. If she happens to be wearing heels, would her best attack to be to kick him in the stomach?

Men, have you ever had the bad end of an attack where you tried grabbing a woman you assumed wouldn't fight back?

Women, if you were in this position, would a kick to his stomach be your primary option?

Mixed martial Arts competition, kickboxing, and full contact karate and tiakwondo, are excellent ways too have fun kil each other with explosive punches and kicks that are powerfull and overstated. If you are referring too surviving a vicious attack being robbed or raped, the best defensive moves are the fights in those situations I've never lost and suggest you do the same. By actually "avoiding" situations in places where only bad things can happen when overpopulated by bad people chronically engaged in stupid, socially irresponsible activities as their preferred method of having fun at someone else's expense. Not being near those people and situations gave me an unbeatable defense strategy.

kicking can really pack a punch, mostly because of the large swing before you hit, making it possible to built up speed for a higher impact. The downside to it is that your balans isn't as great on one leg. So during the attack you are easier to take down. If you miss it is a counter attack might get you. You also have a chance that the attacker will grab your leg. If that's the case you might be fucked.

Try hitting with the fists on a weakpoint. Don't stretch your arm all the way tho, always keep it slightly bent and take the shortest route from your body to theirs. a big swing is easier to counter

No most people don't know where the "good spot" even is. The best approach for a woman/man not experienced in martial arts or combat sports is to go for the eyes or "private area". Everyone can tell you how they'd beat the other up and they know where to punch/hit but the actual experience is much different.

According to my kung fu master: A lot of places are painful, but the throat or the eyes can save you if your life is in danger.
So, I think I'd try to go for those, and the balls if that doesn't work out.

No, speaking as a woman, that is the last place I'd go for. Not effective at all. Next on the list are just generally painful places: shin and ankle for kicking, that bone in the forearm and the wrist for hitting. Breaking one of those bones would give a good advantage in the fight.

I don't think that's best self defense move, especially in such close quarters.
I would believe that a knee to the groin would be best and easiest to do under pressure.
If she's on heels I'd imagine that it would be fairly hard to maintain balance for a kick that high, and some sort of martial art training would be required to pull a decent kick off. But through learning the art you'd learn that rather than the stomach, you ought to go for the liver.

True but you have a much better risk/potential damage ratio going for the nuts. If someone tried to kick you in the stomach it's very easy to grab their leg as your arms are naturally about there.

If you aim between the legs and put all your force into swinging up your chance of missing is very low unless you're just bad at kicking. In which case you're fucked whatever you do.
