One place humor emanates from is where you observe people acutely and see their motivations and exploit them. Usually you need to see inside a dark place within yourself to “get it” and you need to do so honestly. Check out Dina Hashem. This is what I’m talking about.

Another place humor comes from is immaturity, or an ability to connect with an immature part of you. A lot of women are too mature to do this properly. However, there ARE a few women on GAG that ask very humorous questions and give humorous responses. I wouldn’t be so quick to sell your gender short.

Girls are funny in different ways than men... they're much more situational than men's humor is. Men tend to be harsher, bolder, and can get away with a certain anger at the situations of the world, while women will make fun of things in a more individualistic way.

My Ex was actually trying to become a comedian and she was very witty and vulgar too.

People who are attractive/athletic however don't have to be funny because, us guys and gals have a sense of humor because it's a defense mechanism for how much we hate ourselves. :)

If you wanna make some boys laugh then you should practice on some jokes, find a way to listen to boys who make people laugh, or tell a funny story but with some funny words in it, not no basic words but words that will take someone socks off their feet!
