So I went to the club today asked a couple girls to dance. Two of them were just standing in the corner looking lonely. When I asked then to dance they said I dont like to dance or dont know how. Did they straight up swerve me or do some girls actually go to clubs and not like to dance? In my head I'm like tf u go to the club N not dance for looking awkward n shit...

I go to clubs and bars but only for social reasons, its not just these places where people go for what is the main reason for being attracted to someone else,
some clubs or bars are labelled, gay bar, or lesbian bar, meaning if your looking for someone the same as you its easier and others may know your the same,
in clubs not labelled then most times its men/women looking for maybe something or someone special,
all I know is its nice sometimes to get hit on, gives me a sort of ego boost

I don't have to go to bars to meet guys, but I do go to Lesbian clubs/bars with other bi/lesbian girls to have fun!

I work in a club. I would estimate maybe 5% of the women that come are there to meet a guy. The rest are there to party with their friends (and have a guy) or are there with their SO. I would estimate 50-60% of the guys are looking to meet a woman. There are always significantly more men looking than women.

If I'm at a club I'm obviously there to dance. If a guy approaches me who's not my type though I'll tell him something along those lines just to kinda hint to him that I'm not interested.
Whether I'm up for some flirt or what not in the first place when I go out completely depends on my mood and who I'm with though. A lot of times I just wanna grab my friends and have a good time really.
