How to tell if a SHY girl likes you?

She will probably stare at you and glance over at you a lot. and she will try to be around you a lot (but won't talk to you) just so she can see you. asking her probably won't do any good because she won't want to admit it (unless you are already friends with the shy girl then it might be different) so just start conversations with her if you like her. it will be easier for her to talk to you and it will make her more comfortable (and happy that you want to talk to her) so yeah, just try to get close to her, but dont expect her to make any moves lol

Ask her out? I just applied the same rules to shy girls except it was a bit more one-sided and I'd be more forward than usual, like playing poker where you can't even see your own hole cards -- you can still make good decisions and moves even if you're playing kind of "blind.

It wasn't so much about figuring out whether the shy girl liked me or not... I couldn't tell while chatting her ear off and just hanging out together. I just kept expressing my interest towards her, and later you might try kissing her and if she doesn't reject, then I figure she likes you well enough... and you just keep going like that. And later they usually start opening up a bit more.

Actually shy girls are really easy in my opinion... since they might not be used to such attention and give you extra points just for that. I lost interest in them (started to prefer girls not so shy), but never found it difficult to date a shy one.

That said you can't be afraid of being rejected whatsoever. Obviously if you're afraid, then you want to seek more signs of her having mutual interest towards you, and that would make a shy one the most difficult since she gives off the fewest signs... but if you don't care, and aren't afraid at all of being rejected, then shy ones tend to be really easy to date.

@Tomblebee Somewhat. I wasn't a born natural at attracting girls -- started off really shy and awkward myself. So I had to approach it as somewhat of a skill to develop, and maybe a bit of an intellectual challenge. But there was something of that sort going on -- like studying different psychological characteristics, what sort of approach worked on what sort of girl, things of this sort -- including winning over my wife. :-D

@Tomblebee Not my intentions whatsoever! But if I ever developed any overlap to like a PUA or player, it was never with such intentions in mind, and I never found it necessary to use deception in order to win over a girl's favor -- there were ethical constraints to my whole approach.
