I dunno if you've ever done any form of dance before but that shit works out every part of your body, it's one of the only sports/exercise that does. Guys who do ballet are incredibly fit and strong, not to mention they have great bodies, so get off it.

My friend has a son who takes ballroom dance lessons, has won some competitions AND is a star football and lacrosse player.
