I don't know if she was doing it on purpose... but while I was growing up I ALWAYS fixed my bra... perhaps I just had cheap bras or uncomfortable bras... the wire would always start to poke at one side, or the straps would ride up and be immediately lose etc... point is I had no idea guys even paid attention to this but my hands were always touching my boobs and making them stay where I wanted them and adjusting my bra almost every minute! Lol

I still do it but I try to not be so obvious.. and I doubt any girl ever does it on purpose to mean anything toward anybody other than they just want to look or feel comfortable and if it feels uncomfortable they will most likely fix it until it does.

Maybe a very Low percent of girls do it to actually mean something... but I doubt it.

There are 2 things this girl was either trying to do. bras are honestly the most uncomfortable piece of clothing to wear, she might have ACTUALLY been trying to fix it, maybe it was hurting her. On the other hand, she might have just been really nervous and needed to fiddle with something
