Shave or don't shave, doesn't matter. Girls shouldn't have to shave if they don't want to, either. The whole women-shaving thing was just started by a razor campaign in the 1900's to get a profit, and they targeted women with their ads. If someone judges you just because of your legs, then they're an asshole. That's just a fact.
I know that many male swimmers, body builders, or even bicyclists shave their body hair for aesthetics or to be more aerodynamic. At the end of the day it’s your body, your choice.
I don’t mind but it may be uncomfortable if they don’t keep up with the shaving as the hair grows back. It would feel like I’m snuggling with a cactus 🌵
I prefer men to be hairy... Shaved legs look way too feminine and therefore not attractive to me.

I prefer men who are naturally low on body hair but I'm not a fan of men shaving.
