Why do some women like big hands?

Been wondering this for years and don't really get any straight forward answers. Seems like this would be a good forum for it.

I have large hands and have had women talk to me about them, want to hold them up to compare sizes and even had a couple ask for pictures. I've gotten one or two actual answers, but said that was their own feelings on them, everyone else pretty much said "they just like them".

Any opinions on the matter?

Um because us women have small hands and big hands are masculine so its attractive to us?
That's like asking 'why do guys like boobs and asses' because duh , it's an attractive trait.
A man with big hands just looks sexier to me. The same with taller men ( who happen to have big hands on average ). That's just what us women find attractive ( like how you men find curves attractive or certain facial features or long hair , us women have our own preferences too ).
I love it when a guy can put his arm around my entire small fist. Or how he can grab me and his big hands take a strong and protective hold of me.

I suppose its a trait of a guy who has high testosterone. Thats probably why girls find it attractive.
I think big hands make a guy more manly.
It also makes it seem like he can protect me, which sounds weird, but I'd feel safer with a guy who has a combination of big hands and strong arms!
I definitely find big hands attractive cos i like the way they feel when he's touching me... you can probably guess what else i mean, lol

I've asked guys to make a fist with their hands and my reaction was just 😮🤭
I know for me, I would associate it with him being strong. And honestly, big hands to me are sexy.

I've been asked that as well, think that was one of the ones that wanted pictures. Just a little weird at times; my friend saw it and says it's comparable to when guys approach her about her chest. Gets really strange when it's a guy showing the same amount of obsession. Thank you for your input!

Men and women generally like features on the opposite sex that are the opposite of their own feature. It makes the other seem more masculine or feminine. Opposites such as long hair on women vs short hair on men, height, body hair, hand size, etc.

Very true, although I've seen a good portion of women fall for guts with long hair. Just normally seems that, (in my personal experiences), they're just interested in looking at my hands, not viewing me as a potential relation or anything. I've had a friend witness it and compare it to guys approaching her about her chest. Thanks for the input!
