He seems perfect in every way, he's faithful to me, he is amazing, his character, looks, personality, he's wonderful. But I on the other hand, is a total bitch. I flirt with other guys, and now am talking to my ex from a year ago but he doesn't know. I'm just a terrible girlfriend and I REALLY don't deserve him.

The best way to stop what your doing is to picture yourself when your doing what your doing and how that would look from someone else who is just observing.

When you get a good look at yourself at your worst you won't want to do it again.

You can even go as far as asking your boyfriend to tape you when you start acting in the manner you dislike so much. This is guaranteed to work wonders.

If he is so great then sit down and think about if you will ever find another guy like him, if you won't then deeply consider stopping the stuff with other guys, if you realize you don't wanna cut off contact with your ex or other guys reguardless of how good he is to you then you should tell him your not ready to be tied down right now and break it off
