While I couldn't quite bring myself to watch the clip.. no content for my age group anyway... I do not see how her "flirting" (if that's what it waz) with someone in another country where the boy broke his laws (if that's what happened.. I'm battling to follow that)... was her problem? Is she supposed to read up on everyone else's rules and follow them?
