Girl Leaving Note on Guy's Car?

Guys, would you be extremely creeped out if you found a note on your car from a girl? I've seen this cute guy a couple times at my uni, but haven't had a chance to talk to him.. So would you find this creepy? Lol

I've been seeing a lot of "would this be creepy" questions from girls lately so I think I should share with the lot of you the one and only answer to your questions.

ATTENTION ALL FEMALES:

It is next to impossible for you to come off as creepy. Your gender is a safeguard against your behavior being interpreted as creepy. "Creepy" is a stigma reserved almost solely for guys that you yourselves (girls) are largely responsible for creating/perpetuating in the first place. Guys don't buy into creeper gossip. Virtually all "creepy" actions you take will be seen as cute or endearing because you're a girl. Only guys have to worry about being creepy. Period.

Really? Your post was so funny! LMAO in relief AND embarrassment! So ridiculous- but a guy at my gym makes my heart do backflips and explode w/ glitter everytime I see him! Talking like a year + now:/ I get he appears super shy but I've made myself so approachable, I ALWAYS initiate the convo. Yes, he gets his look on once in awhile, but I don't want to appear desperate so I've backed of from trying to chat w/ him hoping he would initiate:/ For whatever reason I got the balls to leave a note on his car 1 day wishing a good weekend (think it was July 4th weekend or something) Anyway- I'm gonna say- I am older by 10 years:( (I am a young 38 though;) He DOES have a g/f and I honestly don't want to interrupt that if that sounds weird. Really just wanna know him and maybe spend a little time w/ him:/ Sounds Untraditional- but I'm game if he is:/ I'm not a traditional chic. Anyway- so over this feeling. Just wish I knew what he was thinking at times. Hope HE found the note "cute":)

I had a note on my bike once from a girl...

She started with "omg I'm so sorry I bumped you bike!"

which you know.. made me panicky and made me check every single inch of my bike...

then on the next line "just kidding", I admit.. I did curse at the time but a few minutes later.. I found it interesting more or less as I didn't know who left the note.. as all that was on the note was a phone number and those 2 lines =)

Took me 2 days to actually call, curiousity won the battle I guess :P

well you could take the chance and go really simple, maybe your number and your name with a smily face? :)

or you could do a one word question like "coffee?" with your name and a smily face lol.

just think simple. taking the chance rather then the guy doing it, could make you look pretty good in his book

I'd be more concerned about if you might have accidentally scratched my paint with your keys, or smudged it with your hand. People aren't allowed anywhere near my car except for my closest 2 friends.

But anyway, if I did find a note from someone I didn't know, I'd feel like she's being a little creepy. Knowing where I park and what car I drive instead of getting to know me, my name, and what I'm like is what I would prefer.

you haven't had a chance to talk to him but know which car is his? sounds like you're afraid of being rejected and want to go down junior high letter route.

I wouldn't say it's creepy but will probably have a lower chance of success than if you just talked to him.

You got to remember its harder for girls to approach guys then it is the other way around... I think its fine depending on how the note is written. Don't make the note creepy and it won't be creepy.

I would take it as a compliment.

Its fine go a head and do it but if he makes no attempt to talk to you after, move on... he's not interested and if you do other stuff he will find it annoying and stalker-ish

I would definitely find it creepy and borderline cowardly. If a girl likes me or something, then she better step up her game and talk to me. Otherwise, I will just take the "parking ticket" off my car, throw it away and drive to work.

You don't need courage. You need a piece of paper to write your number and various notes on and a pen to write with. Make sure to put the note on the car too, that is a very important step.

Everything would have been easier for everyone if they didn't think about the courage thing at all and just did, if you knwo what I mean.

It's a gym ok!! See people pull up all the time! Lol. So yeah- I did this! No response and it's why I've backed off to let him initiate- and hasn't so F him. Still nice to him and I get the shy thing- but cmon and grow a pair! Meanwhile (like 2 years later) He still gets his look in at me through mirrors. Both talking to me? NO! Done.
