It depends on why. One can be offended for good or bad reasons.
Offended that their not virgins and some guys would not want to be with or marry them? Bad reasons to get offended when it's by their choices.
Offended when people think that women are weak and act sexist? GOOD reasons to feel offended.
The point is, regardless of your intentions. NEVER try to provoke such responses from anybody, and just be respectful and understand that some people are more sensitive to criticism and rude comments. However, this is one of those topics that have 0 to do with gender but by society and community.
I suppose it depends on who you are as a person.
Personally if it's in person I'll say why I got upset if I do, but it tends to be set things from experiences.. but most people know the whats and whys, (I wouldn't say it's easily, per se, it wouldn't be like the picture anyway lol).
My wife and I were just talking about this, I don't think it is exclusive to women though but yes. I feel it is primarily early in a relationship really small and petty things end it very fast. It is really sad because often times these things would have been insignificant and a very prosperous relationship could flourish but early on we can't overlook small perceived slights as well as later in a relationship.
It really depends. If someone expects you to respect their views but refuses to even see your point of view, I think that's unfair.
I think if someone jumps to conclusions very often, that is also an overreaction because they haven't really understood what you've said.
Finally, if someone is being very judgmental and condescending, that is also somewhat unnecessary.

American women yes. They have been brain washed by feminism to believe that everything a man says or does is somehow inappropriate or akin to rape/sexual harassment. I have heard of women in New York City and California calling the police on guys because the guy said "hi" or "good morning".
More so than men, from my experience. Thank you #MeToo movement 😒 I make many dark comical videos on YouTube that I share with guys at work, but I’m always reluctant to show the girls, even my crushes, in case they think I’m sick. But of course the boys shower me with laughter and compliments 😉
Women are offended by their existence. Being of flesh. Being mortal. If women were an A. I. You would see their nature not in the physical. You would know what their true motives were. Hey Siri whats the weather like? Why are you talking to me peasant who is not 7ft tall super hot and a billionare who will pump and dump me then marry me and then I will divorce him and then cry rape!!! Ya just imagine what women would be like as an A. I.
They spend a lot of time in life feeling pressure to accommodate everyone and behave in a picture perfect way, and all the weird self-hatred associated with that. I've been thinking about who I would be if I were a woman instead, and I can honestly say that I don't think I would like the person I would be.
To be a woman in the present day is to wake up TRIGGERED! To bathe and brush ones teeth TRIGGERED! To TRIGGERED. To eat TRIGGERED. To drive to TRIGGERED work TRIGGERED! To work TRIGGERED. To sleep TRIGGERED. Dream TRIGGERED! TRIGGERED! TRIGGERED! TRIGGERED!
One effect birth control has is it increases a woman's fear response, and perhaps her neuroticism along with an insatiable need for external things and resources. Because her body is being filled with estrogen and constantly thinks that it's pregnant.
You need to get your facts right
What the facts, lol

Facts are accurate, true and proven pieces of information

Yes, the "snowflake" generation is on the raise and you can't make even a joke let alone a statement without someone getting offended.
EVERYONE gets offended way too easily these days. Women more so than men, but men are beginning to get more and more sensitive, and it's way more pathetic when men do it. We're supposed to be durable and hardy. When men have melt downs over things they find "offensive" it just looks like crying 2 year olds. Grow a pair.
I grew up military and only had to mention my fathers rank 3 times.
But, chain of command - tell him to fck off, tell him to report him, report him to his CO, (oh supervisor), than HR, and fcking sue their fcking ass!
I don't really know, I don't agree with a lot of stuff. But I'm hardly ever offended. I like to be practical.
Hehe!

I'm offended at the dead meme you offered as a last option
No, it's just some women who are tryna speak for all women.. But generally I don't think they are.. Maybe..
That meme made me lol 😂 But it all really depends on what the topic is about because everyone gets offended to easily these days
The most effective way to not offend a female is to not speak to her and to treat her as though she was invisible, which will also offend her.
no more than when i was a kid but they have more of a voice now maybe... funny cartoon though
In my opinion to many people in general get offended to easily.
I don't think women overall are more easily offended, I just think the proportion increased because of all this SJW crap.
Not just women everyone is easily offended these days
I think it varies from person to person for their reasons that how they see your comment or feedback
