So I've been seeing this girl for a year now and I really like her and we've kissed on lips and cheeks and hold hands and everything but we haven't made it official as in I haven't asked her to be my girlfriend even though we kiss and stuff and last night it was my birthday and before I left we hugged talked a bit then she closed her eyes and I did the same then we kissed on the lips. I dont know why but It felt really special than the others I just wanna know what it means for a girl to kiss on the lips

LOL, Kidding but not kidding, you guys are basically dating already, so yeah she likes you a lot. You do need to lock it down and make it official just so you both know that this is a real committed relationship. Unless you're not into that, to each their own.
