OF COURSE! Regarding if its pure cuddling or a post-sex cuddle, its a moment where you are both in each other's presence. Nothing really calms the spirit and rejuvenate you more than physically being in each other's embrace, their warmth, breath, touch, etc. and tbh, with the girl they love, men (at least the ones I know) really enjoy cuddling.

  I personally love it more if he initiates it. Otherwise, there is always the thought that girls have of whether the guy just agreed to it because we were the ones who brought it up or that he actually wanted it too.

Well, it depends on what my relationship is with the guy (like if we are dating or in a friends with benefits type of relationship). I usually like the feeling of cuddling, especially after sex.
