Well yes I would, however it's totally up in the air because it has to compliment their personality as well. If they are not mature while dressing like this and still act in their early teens, it beings that look as a kiddish look instead of a cute one. If they act mature and dress like that, it would definitely not be a problem since it is still cute.
What do you consider mature? I am an independent and responsible girl but still sometimes my inner kid bevomes alive so i wanna ride on a slide or talk in a higher voice. Only once in a while tho lol.
That's only an issue if it an ALL THE TIME thing. Everyone has their inner kid, I do. I like getting on and doing stupid stuff. Running around and just being a kid again. There's no problem with doing kid things, only when it's not a big deal. Being mature is about making adult decisions, wether its worth doing something if it will prohibit other things. Like purchasing something that you may or may not use for the next 2 days and then forget about. A kid will impulse buy everything while a mature person would rationalize it and think. There's a lot to being mature, but having the occasional kid fun isn't bad. Just making it a constant thing is not being mature.
Like I had an ex who was very sheltered and made impulse decisions. She was never very mature and she just seemed like she was acting way younger than she was all the time. You want to avoid that and still act your age, but that doesn't mean stop being your inner kid. Get a coloring book, go play in the park on some swings, just don't make your life style.
I think you should wear whatever you want to. If you like it wear it. There are plenty of people on this planet that will date you without worrying about what you wear. Don't let others try to force you into things you don't like. If you like a cute dress wear it plain and simple.
I don’t think it matters as long as they don’t look unpresentable. It’s too childish for my tastes but there is nothing wrong with it.

Korean but yea. The east Asian culture accepts this way more and western culture sometimes even shames women for this, which i find pretty stupid and against the quotes that westerns use such as "yolo" or "live the way you want"
Im also west Asian so i like to be cute and feminine, dont know how westerns will react once i migrate
Every Japanese movie I've seen in the past decade or so has teen or adult girls dressed like little girls.
IF Western world shames them for it at al it's because, over here, it's seen and treated more like a sexual fetish and if you do ANYTHING of a sexual nature out in the open here, you're instantly labelled a perv!!
I agree!! It's supposed to be the land of the free, but we're not free to do a lot of the stuff we'd like to. You can't even shot fireworks on the 4th of July to CELEBRATE that freedom! At least not in my area. Across the state line an hour west of here, it's perfectly okay!

There's a blonde woman a few blocks from here that likes to dress up like a baby doll, the platform sneaker, white knee-high stockings with garters, white/pink little girl frilly skirt, pig tails, tiny backpack, the whole works. I've only seen her on the street 3 times but I only just "met" her about 2 months ago!
Because there's still so many old guard puritans and bible thumpers ere, they might look down upon your attire but I'm pretty sure a lot of the younger people will pretty much be okay with it. My aunt is in her 80's and STILL can't get over me having long hair even though I've had it since the late `70's. I wonder if they'd bitch about Jesus if he actually existed and suddenly showed up with his long hair? Their world revolves around him, but they'd be the first to bitch about his hair!!

However, if a Girl dresses like that, and is NOT Korean, (or of the Asian area) it's a bit weird... Most of the time, if I've seen that happen, they wear excessive makeup to LOOK Asian. (Case in Point, only Asian Girls look good in that kind of wear!)

@holograph Okay. I think someone who makes a conscious effort to look younger than their actual age has a problem with accepting the reality of maturing. I am much more concerned about that as a woman gets older but it can be a concern at any age. A 20 year old girl who wants to dress like she's 14 MAY have a serious issue with facing adulthood and the accompanying responsibilities. Those are valid concerns. If nobody else wants to listen, I don't give a rat's ass.
