I don't know about Canadians but I've seen probably three times as many overweight / fat American women than ones in decent shape. The ones that look good look really good but the majority seem to be enormous.

A quick google search of obesity rate by country proved this wrong Canada reportedly has a obesity rate of 29% while the US is 36%. While i dont know how credited top link is the least you could have done is google before posting such a claim
