Jokes aside. Firstly, it always comes on the night you chose to sleep on your cleanest whitest bedsheets and you wake up to a murder scene. It's not a coincidence that I pick fights with my boyfriend (now ex) and get my period in around the same time, I saw this pattern every month. I can't control it no matter how much I see it coming. I could cry over a cereal box. I have depression and anxiety and all my symptoms worsen when my period is coming up.
