Pain and stress, that's all I have to say.

No girl is the same, some girls don't have problems with it and their periods aren't that painful and some do. As someone with pretty bad and painful periods, I hate it 😅 Some months are a bit easier to handle, some are extremely bad. For most of my periods, I feel very lightheaded and deal with terrible pain, both headaches and cramps. It sucks because no matter how much pain you are in (like barely being able to stand or walk), no one cares. Life is going on and you have to put up with it (school, work, etc). Sometimes we don't have the strength to deal with things when we are such a pain and feeling like shit, but we just have to, although I think most of the girls would prefer to stay in bed on days like that 😅 It's also stressful because you have a fear of leaking when in public, you have to change pad or tampon and so on.

Periods are definitely not easy 😅

i usually get cramps 2-3 days before telling me i’m gonna get my period so those hurt like hell, also bloating like crazy and it really sucks during the beginning when there’s the most blood. i just feel icky for the whole week which is why my mood isn’t the greatest around that time.

Lot of pain, mood swings and stress. My body starts aching a week before my period arrives and my stomach starts bloating 3-4 days before my period starts to until my period is over which is 5 days long now... That means, I'm in constant pain for like 12 days a month, it was longer and worse before I started taking pills.

The cramps are so hard to deal with. It feels like someone is twisting my muscles causing me great pain and my leg feels like there's some heavy stuff tied to my leg which is pulling me down, so walking can become really painful and tiring when I'm on my period, breasts gets extra sensitive and worst is stomach ache and lower back pain. It really affects my mood and that means I end up either getting easily irritated or end up crying, lol.

For me it feels like i'm getting punched in the gut every other second. Also you always have to worry about bleeding through your pants. Also for me it kinda makes me mad at everyone. Wouldn't mess with a girl on her period haha

Disgusting thanks to my heavy flow and let's not get started on the pms like cramps, headaches, bloating diarrhea and cravings. The worst subsides after two days for me

It can be a bit messy at times, but, once you get the hang of things, you simply deal with it.

I do sometimes get cramps. there are over the counter meds which take good care of them.

Yet now I have never got any cramps or major mood swings. It's just normal but with blood flowing there. Barely any changes. Rarely I have mood swings or cravings.
