Girls, how bad is it to have a period?

When I was on the pill, they were super mild. When I got off them to try for a baby, omg the cramps were awful. I don't remember them being so bad back when I was a teen

They are never good, but never as bad as they are for many other women. I have been lucky that way.

Depends on the woman.

Usually mine are fine and I just feel a little ill but sometimes the amount of blood is borderline unmanageable. Also one time I got horrible cramps, I feel bad for people who deal with that regularly 😭😭😭
