Why do tall girls hate on short girls dating tall guys?

Like yes I'm only 4'10 & my guy is 6'7 but that doesn't mean I should dated guys my own size. Like you don't own tall guys and there's plenty of average height or short guys around so date them. This short White Queen is never going to give up her tall handsome White King.

Not so much jealousy as it is annoyance. Just like the short guy tends to be overlooked by many women when it comes to dating, so too do us tall girls. A lot of short guys think that it's impossible to date us because of how it would appear to others or because a lot of women literally don't go for short guys. In this case, one would think with no "height barriers," if a guy is tall, he would have no problems dating a tall girl too (assuming she's attractive/good person etc to him), but the universe doesn't often work out the way you want it to. Also from a statistical standpoint, only 5% of the female population in the US is over 5'9. This means in terms of females shorter than this, there are just so many more shorter women than there are taller so most likely a guy will end up with a short or shorter girl than he would a taller one.

I am not sure but girls tend to prefer guys to be taller than themselves. For a tall girl , there are less guys available than for shorter girls.
They expect the shorter girl to stick with the shorter guys.

Anyone who sees what they perceive as one of relatively few potential partners dating someone very different than them is often going to feel thay way. Try to put yourself in their shoes (although I think they should consider dating guys their height or shorter).

As a short woman as well (4’11) I can understand why tall women can be mad at shorter women. But I can’t understand is trying to make a man who’s with a short woman look like a pedo. I have a sister in law who’s about 6’0 and her man is about 6’3 but she’s very feminine even as a plus size girl! She doesn’t have an attitude problem she spends all her time taking care of her pets and family. She puts a lot of effort into her feminine traits like hair, nails, makeup and smell goods. She’s not insecure because she knows she’s very attractive. But I’ve noticed a lot of times the ones that hate on shorter women are the ones struggling in their femininity.

And it’s not just tall women who do this it’s family too. Since I’m the shortest out of my siblings but I’m the oldest I even get treated like a younger sister. Sometimes I have to remind my family I’m a grown adult. My mom would try to control the clothes I wear like if I wore a crop top and shorts (not short shorts) she would ask me to change but my younger sister does it (she’s 16 I’m 22 going on 23) she lets her. My brother would even try to tell me the same when I would go on dates and feel like he has to meet the guy I’m talking to. Personally if I don’t know if I’m going to be with a guy in a long term relationship I don’t want him meeting my family just yet.

No we don't I love when some shorter girl take away them tall guy's so I don't need to see on them, as a 204 cm tall woman, I'll hate to date a tall guy myself, we would look as a predisigned monster couple, and that would I hate. No my hubby is avarage height and I love everything about him, height difference in a relationship is wonderfull, and he take the stuff on the low shelfs and I tke the stupp on the heigh helfs, but he can too , so not a big deal, and Hell I feel safe with him, height is never a proxi for power anyway, we women don't think like animals anymore, and just forget them who do, they are not worthy to a guy anyway

I’m so jealous of you short ladies! I’ve always been jealous of tall man, short lady couples but I wouldn’t sabotage their relationships. I always get asked if I would date average or short guys. I’m a 6’4 female and dated a 5’10 guy but dumped me not because if our height differences. You shouldn’t say all tall ladies get jealous and you sound bitter yourself. Me girls get a really tall guy. But if it’s a genuine couple whatever. It just takes away options. I prefer s guy taller than me, but I would date one the same height if he didn’t care.
