Why do other women hover over toilet seat pee and make it worse rather than just wiping it off and sitting down?

Because often there isn't anything to wipe the toilet seat with. The malls or clubs run out of toilet paper sometimes. I carry around tissue paper in my bag just for this reason - to wipe other people's pee off the seat then use more tissue paper on the seat before i sit on it cause it's gross.

I just do crazy germaphobe shit like clean the toilet with hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes that I have in my purse

I actually wipe off the seat, sit right on it,
