Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yThis is honestly the most difficult question to answer...
Personally, the contrast between strong, soft lips and the rough texture of the five o'clock shadow is AMAZING. It's one of those manly qualities that can drive a girl absolutely crazy.
HOWEVER, it's generally best to maintain a clean shaven look during the day. A lady doesn't really want to be hanging out with a scruffy guy...
The mustache/beard thing is a matter of specific preference and actually requires more maintenance than a clean shave. If you really like to grow out your 19th-century facial hair and you find a girl who likes that, keep her. End of story, lol.00 Reply

+1 yIt really depends on the guy. Some guys look okay with a little facial hair, and some look awful with it. Depending on whether or not it is well groomed makes a big difference. Personally, I couldn't be with someone who has a full beard or too much hair on their face. It's not very attractive to me.

The first kiss I had with Boyfriend, he had a little stubble going on his cheeks, and I distinctly remember feeling it on my cheeks. So now, I don't really mind a little stubble. Full out Beard and Stache... Well, if he does that, I won't shave my legs either until he shaves. :)

Depends on what works best for you. Like me for example, my facial isn't very "stubbly" looking so I can't get away with that stubble look. Unless mine is grown in as a goatee, it looks like junk. So I keep mine shaven and baby faced :)
You just have to do what looks best on you. I doubt a guy can upkeep a stubble-only look (if you get stubble), so I'd say shaven unless you want to rock a beard, mustache, or goatee.00 Reply

+1 yyeah a little bit of stubble can look good on SOME people, but most of the time it just looks like you made no effort. I went on a date with a guy once who showed up unshaven and just made no effort with anything whatsoever, but put tons of aftershave or some kind of perfume on. That was so gross and disrespectful. It's fine if he doesn't shave on normal days, but for the first few dates there should be some kind of effort. I mean guys expect girls to shave EVERYWHERE all the time, so the least them could do is keep their faces clean.

+1 yI love facial hair on the right guy it just highlights masclinity and I love masculine men. I'm very fond of chin scruff and I like the "mexi stache" on Mexi guys. Full out beards can be hot on the right man it all really comes down to the guy and if he can pull it off.

Asker+1 ywhat exactly is a mexi stache? is that the shape of a beard or is it just having sparse facial hair?

It depends on it's shape/thickness/size. If it looks like Garrett Hedlund's in Country Strong, then it's totally sexy and totally my type. If it looks like Borat's, for the love of God, shave it! Then again, it's how you wear it. I think facial hair can either be the best or worst accessory on a guy. Just figure out what looks good on you and don't give up and stay clean-shaven forever. Facial hair on guys is sexy.
00 Replydepends on the guy but if it suits him like below well I am all his ! haha

+1 yI tend to think that my boyfriend looks sexy both ways. I love his clean shaved face..but for some reason, his "stubble" face is rather sexy to me..I am not a big fan of really long facial hair..but I do not mind a little :-)
00 ReplyStubble is a sloppy look and indicates to me that you don't really care what I think. The other reason a clean shaven face is so important is that it doesn't irritate my skin the way a 5 o'clock shadow would.
00 Reply549 opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic. For me it depends on the guy. My boyfriend has a full beard and mustache, with the neck and jaw to cheek area shaved clean, or with a little scruff. I like him with facial hair, and I like when the rest is stubbly or kind of scruffy. =]

+1 yDepends on your face. If you have a decent face for it, stubble can go a LONG way in making you sexy and irresistable. I never go for beards and mustaches are hit or miss, although usually a big miss.

+1 yIt really depends on the guy. Some guys look better shaven, and others look better with a little stubble. But never too much. I don't think that is attractive at all.

+1 yI guess it depends on the guy, but oh man...personally to me there's nothing like running my fingers over a guy's stubble to get those chills running down my spine! hehe.

+1 yI would think it depends on the face structure. Some guys can't pull off facial hair while others look good.

I agree with you. I like sum facial hair but not on all guys.
I go for the light stubble look.. only because i look like a baby without any facial hair. If like to think it shows a bit of manliness to women, so hopefully its attractive.

+1 yIf you look good with facial hair and your facial hair isn't too rough, then by all means keep it. =)
00 ReplyA little facial hair tends to look sexy. I don't think it feels nice though.
Of course I think you can never go wrong with clean shaved face. =D00 Reply

+1 yClean shaven is the best. Facial hair itches and has given me a rash before.
00 Reply Like 2 days stubble can look really sexy (to me anyway) much more than that looks really scruffy. I like clean shaven better though

I shave every 2 weeks.00 Reply
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yFacial hair is way better. I prefer guys who have a full beard that is about a half inch long. Clean shaven isn't quite as attractive.
00 ReplyDepends on the guy but I think clean shaven is the best...
00 ReplyStubble is uber attractive to me! I'm not a huge fan of big Santa Claus beards though.
