Should I avoid this girl?

So there is a new girl who was hired at my job the day of her interview she came up to the counter asking for one of my managers I tell her I’ll be right back and I get one of them i come back and say they are on their way so meanwhile she’s just sitting there checking me out so I knew this because as I walked by she literally turned to watch me. Fast forward to today she got hired and it’s still the same behaviors with a added smile. She was in the office discussing her training with my manager and I didn’t know she was there till I got to the door so I instantly apologize but she goes no you’re good and I continue to ask my manager the question meanwhile her eyes are locked on me. The biggest thing was when I was helping a customer I was walking them over to a register and she happened to be walking in the next aisle I’m kinda tall so I can see someone in the next aisle anyways we have promotional banners on the top of each 4 ft section so when I walked past one section with the customer all I seen was her smiling at me. Then when we were near the register I turned around to see if my customer was still behind me and the girl was looking right at me

If you sense and feel that she's only around you because she's trying to see if you are interested in dating her, then yes you really do need to avoid her. There's nothing wrong with acting civil and getting along. But it does sound like she's mainly there because she wants to try to date you. If you feel that uncomfortable, speak with your manager about this. She's doing that on purpose. And your best to let him know that it's not happening that way. You're there to work. You're not there to pick up girls and if She s there to pick up men, then she shouldn't work there at all. Don't need #metoo happening.

Yeah, she wants a sexual relationship. Stop being friendly and overly nice to her. She needs to learn that what she is doing is not okay and she thinks nobody is going to find out. Listen to your gut.

Does it matter what her body language says. You know exactly what she saying and doing, so you best to handle it now instead of waiting until it escalates to a problem that you can no longer control for yourself. But you refusing to say anything that's why she continues to do it. Speak up. You got a mouth you know. Don't be afraid of people like her. Don't feel insecure, self-conscious, etc. That's how they take advantage of you. Take it from me. If I didn't learn to open up my mouth, I would still be a people pleaser and a doormat. Don't be a doormat. I don't care how attractive she is, how flirty she is, etcetera. At the end of the day, she's a human being, and she's not better than anybody else. Treat her a such. She is not above you.

So I know she’s not just here to date someone but there does seem to be some attraction. If it was looking no that’s not interest but the fact she not only continually checks me out and smiles at me and the fact I have caught her so many times so far doing it indicates this is a little more then friendly

Trust me she is therr to jusy date somebody. No girl jusy pick a job she is goinv to hate if there are no attracfive guys arounf. If she sees any unattractive guys, unless she really need the job, she'll grin and bear it. This is never friendly, this is more than just attraction. This is lust. And she wants sex with you and hope you get the hint. I'm a Woman and I know. It's kinda stupid to not hear it from a woman sees this all the time. Your the reason she quickly took the job.

Checking you out is about lust. It's not about attraction. Because if she was just attracted to you. She would have acknowledge attractiveness, and she will move on with her life. Instead she's making it blatantly obvious what you want. And she's doing that more because you find it cute that you're oblivious to it but he's in her mind she thinks you are. Once you reject her, you can bet she's going to start trouble. Fair warning. Do something while it's still early and tell your boss. Before somebody like that macduff has been slapped you with the sexual harassment accusation what you didn't start.

I don’t think you should avoid her, just act friendly, as if you don’t notice her staring at you/smiling at you. Smile back even. Don’t let her get under your skin! Either she likes you or she’s just wanting the attention. Either way it shouldn’t distract you from your job.

No need to avoid and cause unnecessary drama. Just focus on the job and being a team-player. A smile doesn't mean anything. She just likes the attention. If she's smiling at you, she's probably smiling at other guys.

When you're not around or you're not aware she's smiling at other guys. Especially guys who may have more wealth/prestige. No one guy is ever the "only one", but the ladies would have you believe otherwise.
