Lol, wearing those for a guy to notice us only applies when there’s a guy in the neighborhood we want, so yea sometimes girls go extra in getting a guy’s attention. It doesn’t necessarily have to be that way... some girls finds it comfortable wearing shorts.

I think it became popular around 6/7 years ago. Where I live I've seen many girls wearing really short shorts to the point you can even see their butt cheeks.
