I'd assume so, their pitch becomes higher and their voice becomes "cuter" in my opinion. At least it's something I've done before, didn't notice till my friends pointed it out.
Tho when you say baby voice, I think that's a bit incorrect of a description lol cause I think of the voice used when talking to babies of pets.
