How do you feel about comparing yourself with an boyfriend ex girlfriend, especially after finding out that she is an attractive woman , what would you do?

Yes, exactly that in fact. I did as you shouldn’t and went on to her insta to see a new selfie. It was really well done and I couldn’t get the picture out of my head. She have blue eyes which is something he has always been drawn to but I’m the first he’s been with that just have these brown eyes. I became obsessed with getting a better picture so I starter to put on make up and stuff which I don’t really do. It’s really hard because obviously he finds them attractive, you just want him to think that he upgraded, not downgraded.

Stop putting yourself down and stop comparing yourself to other women. We are all different in our own ways. The more you dwell on not being attractive enough then his ex is going to cause more unsessesery harm to yourself then good. Just be happy and rock what you have. There's a reason why he picked you. It's because he finds you beautiful from the inside out.
