Hey. Your situation sounds very much like the situation of a good friend in high school. She was diagnosed with BPD (Bipolar Disorder) and she often experienced the mood disruptions that you appear to experience. It may be anything, but if it's interfering with your ability to enjoy life or function in a way that you think you should be functioning, I'd say to let your family know or try to speak to somebody qualified in dealing with mental health issues. BPD can be tough, but it can also be a catalyst for great creativity when it's kept managed healthily. Be safe and good luck :)
