I haven't wokred out in a long time because of 2 jobs and college but last time I was at 215 for 5 reps at a time. Lol it's been a long time since I've been constant with a training regimen unfortunately so I know there's no way I can still do that today. I'd have to go back to being a gym rat for 5 hours a day.

140 lbs. I’m skinny, so not much muscle. But I could do more if I tried harder. I don’t like having big chest muscles though. Looks weird because my boobs are small.

I don't like weights, but I think I barely did 50 once. Not sure if the bar counts or not.
