I'm 153 cm.
Disclaimer: I know height isn't everything.
I do find it especially attractive when the guy is above 175 cm and up to 185 cm -ish.

Doesn't mean I would necessarily reject a guy because he's out of that range.
Though I would find it weird if he's close to my height, as I associate that with small women or often young teen boys, that's usually who's my height (in my country at least).

But I don't know what it is, I find a tall guy attractive.

Anything between 175cm-195cm
Is an "attractive height" for me. Not saying that other heights are a no go for me... just thats what i would consider especially attractive. Its not like height is everything.

My own height is 161cm
Id prefere it if my boyfriend is at least my height in heels.
My boyfriend is 191cm and i kinda get a little back pain from hugging and kissing standing up... so everything over 195 might be an inconvenience lol.
