That’s a really great compliment but I think I would have trouble accepting it. It’s so over the top though. I don’t know in general I sometimes have issues accepting compliments of that nature because it’s just a bit too much. I can accept beautiful but most beautiful well that’s a stretch lol.

Depends on how she views herself. If she is confident about her self-worth then she would likely think you're exaggerating a bit but will still receive it sincerely and will be glad. But if she is insecure about her own worth, then it's seriously likely she will think you're basically bulshitting only to get into her pants. Or if she is moderate on the self-worth scale then she will definitely still believe you're exaggerating but still be mildly flattered nonetheless and will still think you want to get into her pants but won't be totally repulsed by that idea.
