Oh, it’s ok - I’d rather find out quickly than waste more time with cheaters. Yeah, I have a black belt in taekwondo and a brown belt in kickboxing - when this lockdown is over I’m going for that 2nd black belt! Yes, it was great revenge - I waited for the perfect opening and then immediately kicked their balls to cause the maximum agony and damage possible both times. Oh yes, they were both devastating kicks and the guys were in sooo much agony - it was fun to watch knowing I caused that! 😁 Well I’ve kicked guys in the balls for touching/squeezing my boobs on nights out - for cheating on me - and when sparring/competing in fights against guys. It’s not like I go around doing this casually, but when I think a guy deserves to be kicked, I always kick my absolute hardest every single time. Maybe if guys didn’t go around touching girls, cheating and trying to fight us, they wouldn’t get their balls smashed so hard! 😂

Yeah, I moved on from them and try not to waste too much emotional energy on cheaters. Guys looking and staring at my boobs I love - touching and squeezing my boobs gets them kicked hard! Well in big regional and national tournaments, groin kicks are not allowed, no - but in club sparring and competition fights, they can set their own rules! 😁 Where I train is half guys and half girls - with girl on girl and guy on guy, no groin kicks are allowed. But when girls take on guys - in sparring groin kicks are allowed, but cups are optional - and in competition fights, girls can kick guys in the balls and cups are not allowed! So basically, if a guy forgets or chooses not to wear a cup in sparring, the girl can kick him in the balls - and in competitions, the guy will always put his balls on the line when fighting a girl! That’s why I’ve intentionally kicked so many guys in the balls in sparring and competition fights - and even in sparring (when they’re not wearing a cup) I always kick my absolute hardest to make sure I win! 😆 Basically, kicks to the groin are allowed in some clubs that you wouldn’t hear about in big competitions and tournaments etc. I hope I’ve explained that well! 🤔

- Why does your club allow groin kicks? Not that it's a bad thing, but is there like a mindset behind that?
- How do you get to the point where you kick them in the balls? When I've fought guys they seemed to try and cover their crotch if I got near it (maybe it was because I had tried to/kicked them there before). Do you distract them somehow?
- Do you have a story you can share? :) I just want to see an example of your answer to the last question.
- Have your kicks ever led to injuries? You said you kick really hard and I wonder if it's enough to cause them more than just pain.

Yeah, it’s pretty cool being able to take like the biggest, hardest and toughest guy down with one good, hard kick - especially when he’s dominating the fight and it’s the only way you can win! 🙌 Yeah, sure - the mindset is to compensate for a guys physical advantages - height, reach, size, strength etc. He has and uses all those physical advantages against the girl - so why can’t the girl use the guy’s one physical weakness against him to win, you know! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Oh yes, guys definitely have a ‘protect the balls at all costs’ instinct! 😆 Well often guys just get tired and lose their focus and concentration towards the end - they can end up stood facing you with their legs wide open. You kinda know you’re going to win as you’re running up to kick them in the balls! 🙌 Other times, when it’s really intense and you’re just throwing punches and kicks, they can forget their defensive work and in the middle of an intense battle they leave their legs open and you can easily kick their balls! Another is if you land a really good punch on them - they stagger back all dazed and confused - again, they open their legs for balance and expose their balls to a good, hard kick! To distract guys I always wear tight fitting tops - low cut to show a good cleavage - and a tight but thin bra so that my boobs are well supported, but they are the biggest they can look and bounce as I move around the mat. I’m lucky to be blessed with big boobs. Seriously, guys look and stare during fights 🙄 I watch their eyes and sometimes kick them while they are too busy staring at my boobs bouncing! Please don’t judge me - I am not the only girl I know

who does this. All the things I’ve mentioned here I’ve done at least once - I don’t mind sharing more specific details with you though. To my knowledge the worst damage my kicks have ever caused is severe bruising and swelling to the testicles, and the guy having to like sit on ice and struggling to walk for days. I’m not aware of causing any like severe or permanent damage - I guess one day that could happen. I’m still going to kick my absolute hardest every time! Yes, other girls have kicked guys in the balls too - in sparring, if a guy forgets or chooses not to wear his cup, it is common to be sparring (everyone spread out on a big mat in twos) and suddenly you hear a “ooorrgghhh!!” and one of the girls has landed a groin kick. In club competitions, it happens alllllll the time! Yes, I have been kicked in the groin by guys - sometimes I’m down and out and other times I’m able to fight on - but the rule is allowed because if girls land a groin kick, they win! 😁 Yes, I’ve won many competition fights against guys and girls - I’ve lost some too - but I’ve won way more than I’ve lost! I had a black belt in taekwondo before starting with kickboxing, so I had a big advantage while working up the grading belts! 😉 I’ve always done all my sparring and competing at the club where I train - sometimes people from other clubs who share (or agree to) the same rules mix so that you can get your belts by taking on different competitors. I sometimes feel like boys having balls is like the nature's equalizer between the genders as they tend to have more testosterone and muscle than us but we have an easy way of causing them great pain and disabling them.

Yeah, I love training there - it’s got good equipment, great coaches, a really big mat and a good mix of guys and girls. I’m sure you would love it too! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Yeah, the taekwondo really helped me get through the grading quicker - and win many fights that, just looking at me, you’d think ‘that girl’s got no chance!’ 😆 Well yeah, that’s exactly it - guys are taller, bigger, stronger and have a longer reach - their balls give them testosterone making them more aggressive and powerful - so why should their balls get automatic protection 🤷🏼‍♀️ it just seems fair to me that girls be allowed that one single physical advantage of kicking guys in the balls and putting them in “great pain” as you say to win! Like you say - natures equaliser! 🙌 Thank you for not judging me - if I’m fighting a guy I’m going to use every advantage I have - just like the guy does physically without question! Well I have 34DD boobs - and so why not use them 🤷🏼‍♀️ the dress code for sparring and fights allows tight-fitting tops - so I go with really low-cut ones - and I combine support with bounce by using a tight but thin material bra - so they look big and firm and bounce as I move around the mat. I know it sounds cheap and cringeworthy, but trust me guys do look and stare constantly at my boobs bouncing and it’s just another physical advantage that I have. and in my all-round ability - but yes, I have a seriously fast, hard and powerful kick! I’m one of those girls who, when I’m practicing my kicks on the bags and hand pads, my kicks make a really loud ‘bang!!’ noise. I always kick my hardest to assure the win - even in sparring practice - and to win with a dramatic and devastating kick. It’s like the perfect way for a girl to win a fight against a guy! 🙌 Well punches and knees to the groin are allowed also - once a guy swung his right foot to my side (about elbow height), so I caught his foot/ankle between the ‘V’ in my left arm - raised said arm to open up his legs - and then punched him straight in the nuts! 👊 It was my hardest punch - it was in sparring only - no cup. Another guy was knackered - all sweaty and could hardly stand - I was able to put my hands on his shoulders and drive my knee straight up into his balls - no mercy, I assure you! Again, my hardest knee - sparring only - no cup. My kicking is my greatest strength though, so I tend to use my kicks. Squeezing is not allowed - although if it were (like in wrestling), then yes, I would happily grab both of his nuts in one hand and squeeze as hard as I possibly could until he either taps out, or screams and passes out from the agony and pain. I’ve not done the wrestling though. Well some guys come and go once they’ve received their first kick in the balls - this is common - so guys have to accept the rules if they want to train here. The ones that are here accept it - some more than others maybe (you can tell the guys who are scared and ultra-defensive of their groin), so it’s like a challenge to try and kick them. who started out the fight totally protecting his groin area! 😁 When guys get kicked, they scream out in shock, crash to the mat and cry and moan and roll around clutching onto their balls all curled up on the floor in agony and pain - it’s normal - but they do get immediate medical attention though. About my exes - well I’ve kicked two for cheating on me - and in the relationship, while I haven’t kicked them like that, yes, I have ball-slapped them 👋 or grabbed their nuts and squeezed until they give me what I wanted - but these things are not malicious and to really hurt them bad - just a little show of my domination and power, that’s all! 😈 I’ve saved the ‘memorable fight’ until last - I once competed against a guy who was a brown belt. Well like I say this is my passion, so I can write all day about it - and I remember a lot of my experiences in good detail from training there. Any ball slaps or groin grabs and squeezes with my exes was because we were arguing, or he was annoying or upsetting me - or not giving me what I wanted! The guys could still dominate in other ways - like guys generally do - I just used their balls against them when it suited me! Again, not malicious - just a reminder that I can be dominant too! 😈 Yeah, there are so many other moves, techniques and strikes to learn and put into practice to get through the grading - it’s just that because girls actually spar and fight guys in competitions, the freedom is given for girls to kick guys in the groin. Again, natures leveller! 🙌 Obviously, from a girl’s perspective, when she fights a guy, she knows the groin shot is a guaranteed win, so it’s kind of natural and expected that this is what she will do to win. But all the other strikes and techniques are used also - don’t forget that groin strikes only really work in sparring when the guy forgets or chooses not to wear a cup - or in competition fights when he’s not allowed to wear one. Well the groin squeeze in bed - if you’re rough, the guy will just pull away quickly, so you have to be gentle and slow - and then when you have his nuts in your hand, he’s yours! 😈 That new kid deserved it! He was so flippant about the risk of being kicked in the balls - he refused to wear a cup - and he came across like a girl wouldn’t do that and he could take it anyway 🙄 so I’m glad

I got to kick him in the balls the way that I did! 😁 I’m not the best fighter at the club, but I am one of the best - when I get my black belt I’ll be just below the coaches there. Well if a guy’s wearing clothes, I just ball slap harder - like naked is a hard ball slap, shorts or jogging bottoms is harder and jeans pretty much my hardest slap! 👋 I didn’t make them do chores doing this - like I say it was more in arguments, or if they annoyed or upset me. Occasionally to get what I wanted! Only 2 of my exes cheating, so they got their balls smashed! The others to my knowledge never cheated. As for the injury question - well I guess technically every time I kick a guy, I am kicking my absolute hardest - so I am trying to cause the maximum level of agony and damage to their balls possible to secure the win. While I am not thinking of wanting to damage their balls, I am kicking them my absolute hardest - so if that happens 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I think if I was being attacked in the street, my thoughts would turn to smashing and destroying their balls completely, yes! When I take on the best girls, I would say I’m pretty much on par (or at least very close) with the best there - so my fights against the best girls are very close and can go either way. The best guys there are a level above that - so while I would say I’m close to their level, they would likely dominate the fights and win either on points or with an outright win. I have won 2 (I think) fights against guys who are graded black belt - one I scraped the win on points and the other, yes, I won with a kick to his balls. I think I was lucky

because he was winning, but he lost his balance at some point and opened up his legs - so I took the opportunity and kicked straight up into his balls to win! 🙌 This was a different time to the guy I told you about with the wife and 2 daughters. With these competition fights there’s always an audience - club members (guys and girls) and sometimes friends or family of the competitors. The cups have a certain level of effectiveness - I still kick to the balls even if they’re wearing a cup. Being bare foot it can actually hurt my foot kicking the cup - but depending on the quality of the cup and the guys ability to handle the pain, sometimes the guy goes down holding his balls and moaning, and other times he has to stop briefly, but can then continue. I don’t like guys wearing cups - even in sparring - so many sparring fights I would win outright if they weren’t wearing them! 😤 I don’t have a brother, but at school I kicked guys in the balls - only when I felt they deserved it though. Those memories are much more vague, but I remember when guys used to tease me about things, call me names or harass my girl friends - I would kick them in the balls my absolute hardest then too because I started the taekwondo while I was still at school! 🙌 Yeah, keep the questions coming if you have them - my memories from the kickboxing club are probably the most fresh, but you can ask me anything girl 🙋🏼‍♀️

It’s ok - I like your questions. They make me think about things that I had never considered or really thought about before! 😌 Well once I got my taekwondo black belt I wanted to try something different - so if the same happens with kickboxing, then I may look at karate, or maybe the wrestling as you mentioned. I may stick with the kickboxing - we’ll see. Well sometimes I caught me exes looking and staring at other girls when we were out - and if I caught them staring at their boobs, I would wait until we got home and then ball slap them my hardest and tell them that this was for staring at that girl’s boobs! 😤 The arguments could be over serious or really petty things, but my choice to ball slap them was always based on how annoyed and upset I was, whatever the argument. Well funny you should ask that - sometimes the reason I ball slapped them was because I knew they were right! 🤦🏼‍♀️ It would end the argument with them down on their knees or on the floor if I hit their balls really hard. I would just say I don’t want to talk about it anymore, but later let them have their way because they were right. About banning the cups for sparring - oh yes, totally! The only rule I would actually change here is to ban cups for sparring - girls would win even more in practice then! 🙋🏼‍♀️ I like and much prefer to use a run up kick to the guys balls if I can. Punches don’t have the same kind of power (and you get less opportunities for that anyway), and while knees can be very powerful, I find that they do not have the same kind of snappy speed to them that

With a kick, I can assure a really fast and snappy kick that is extremely powerful also and causes the maximum level of agony and damage to assure a win! 🙌 In wrestling I would use the grab and squeeze more. It would be difficult to get the thrust and power with a knee or kick while rolling around on the mat (I would still try like), but a good, hard punch or a hardest possible squeeze would be best for wrestling. To be honest - I really like the run up kick. It is the most effective and devastating way to strike the testicles! 😁 If groin kicks weren’t allowed, I would wait for the times when the guy wasn’t wearing a cup and I was losing badly - then yes, I would kick these guys in the balls my hardest and just claim that I was going for a kick to the stomach. It is very rare that a guy beats me in sparring or a competitive fight when he is not wearing a cup, but it has happened, and to avoid groin hits they basically turn to the side (so I can’t get the angle for the kick), move backwards in and out to keep moving out of range, or adjust their leg position to block the kick. There are times when, even in sparring with no cup, I go to deliver my absolute hardest possible kick to their balls, and only at the last second they block or avoid the kick - they are like milliseconds away from getting their balls completely smashed! The look on their faces is so funny - like “phewww - I just avoided that!!” 😯 If I was watching my son compete against a girl with no cup, and he totally dominated the fight, but the girl ran up and kicked him in the balls her absolute hardest possible kick to win - I would firstly stand and applaud the girl for an amazing win. For the Question Asker... I just want to clarify with the wrestling - the wrestling I have done at home in the bedroom was just for fun - not to ‘win’. When I have squeezed my exes balls hard, it was to get what I wanted from them - not to make them pass out for the win. Occasionally there have been some wrestling classes at the club where I train - to mix things up a bit - but again, this was more for fun and for strength and fitness work - not to actually ‘win’ a sparring or competitive match.
