Sometimes I do that without meaning to. I dont even realize it. People have told me I have a resting bitch face when in reality im very insecure. I dont mean to seem rude or shallow but I give that face because im extremely inseure and I dont want to talk to people only cause im that shy. Hope this helps. and fyi dont always jump into conclusions. You never really know what someone is going through and they probably dont mean to seem rude.

That's just your perception of them. You may be reading them wrong.

I've assumed some people was bitchy or stuck up based on their vibes. But I found out they aren't at all. They're were just shy or have social anxiety.

Mean people are hurt people. If you're bitchy, you're most likely been hurt by someone. Now I don't condone that behaviour but it seems to be glamorized in media as alpha female energy which is bs, if you ask me. Being a bitch is exactly that... a bitch. Eh, let me share my story. I was a very average looking teen, who no one even paid attention too. I hit puberty and got a nose job. Once I got in college, out of nowhere it seemed as if I turned into the pretty girl of our class/dorm. A lot of people would complimemt me, but also a LOT were talking behind my back calling me bitchy. I realized a few guys had crushes on me but never confessed for that reason.
But in the end, im just a shy girl who has trouble making friends. That is the same personality trait I had ever since I opened my eyes. And im not a confident person, because i didn't use to be pretty. So yea looking distant but kinda cute= bitchy vibes for some people I bet.

To protect myself. If I smile too much I'm "flirting" and get approached, if I don't smile I get a few you should smile more but it gets left at that.
And with covid being too relaxed and wearing a mask will still get me approached. So I act standoffish.
I've been followed and stalked before and I would rather just avoid that happening again.

Because deep down they are one and will never admit it. They see being one as normal and think they are being nice. You have face muscles actually use them. I actually explained this to a girl and she felt insecure because her face muscles have wasted from not actually using them and now she's even got scar.

2) This is not gender specific. Men act "bitchy" all the time, it's just that we get away with it much more, it's not being paid as much attention on as when women do it, or it's perceived and charactered in more favorable ways then "bitchiness".
