Girls, is it important that your boyfriend/husband can open a jar? What if he couldn't?

I'm asking because I hear a lot of talk and memes about women asking men to open jars. And I ain't gonna lie, there are some women out there who appreciate a strong man opening one when they can't.

The thing with me is, I'm a guy, and I can't open some jars. I'm not very strong, so sometimes when I can't open a jar that my mom asked me to, my little brother has to do it.

I'm trying to date my friend's younger sister, who I've mentioned previously in other questions. She was already stronger than me to begin with, but she has actually been getting even stronger due to both working out, and having to cover for her lazy co-workers (She works at a Dollar General).

And she knows that I'm much weaker than she is, and likes being stronger than me!

So I wanna ask the ladies here, how important is it that your boyfriend or husband can open a tight jar? More importantly, what if he was too weak to do it?

Actually, bonus question! What if YOU could open the jar, and HE could not?

Honestly, I din't really think something as futile as this would put off a woman if she likes you. Hearing you talk about your friend she might even be proud that she can open a jar she you can't.

Looking at myself and my friends the thing that's most important is compatibility and personality.

Some girls might like that a guy is strong but the strong part mostly has nothing to do with the muscles he has but more if he makes her feel safe and secure and he tries to help where possible. This is actually more of a trait than something physical.

That depends on the woman herself of course. Some women like it, for some it's not a must. However you can totally make her feel protected without being strong. This goes in subtle ways like putting your arm around her, if someone is saying something that's not nice to her then stand up for her, being galant (like giving your jacket when she's cold), ...

This doesn't really have something to do with physical abilities but more with how you make her feel.

Not a huge deal. I mean we would prefer it, but just because a man is weaker than us doesn’t mean we’ll immediately lose feelings lol. We would, however, have to get very creative with how to open the damn jar now.
