Girls, Why is this girl always lightly touching her neck when intslk to her?

Noticed the girl I like was constantly touching her neck with her fingers. At first I thought she was scratching her neck. But then I noticed it was everytime I spoke to her. She did it 4 times in one day when I spoke to her. She also played with her collar on her shirt and pull her collar of her shirt outwards.

But she has been playing with her hair whilst I talk to her. I'm the only guy she talks to at work. My mate saw her eyes widen and smile when she saw me. She goes on her break at same time as me everytime. My mate also saw her eyes watch me as I walked past. She was talking to my mate at the time and he saw her eyes watch me as I walked past
