Hi there. There is this girl, my hairdresser who I am deffinatly into. The problem it is easy to be confused when a beautiful woman is stroking your hair and towel wiping the back of your neck very nicely

Anyway. It seems we grew up in the same small town not for from each other went to different schools etc but the conversation and experience is very pleasant. I wouldn't go further than this but it seems she may be hinting at something I am not sure. she's always saying things such as " I'm so hungry I can't wait to get off of work".. or asking me about my favorite places to go eat in my town etc. Is this just typical hairdresser behavior or something I could peruse further?

I see it as a casual small talk that some employees will do with their customers just to make time pass by quicker, mainly if they have to spend a substantial time with that customer.

It would probably not be the same with a cash clerc that only interacts with his/her customers for a few seconds.

Whatever it is, never initiate contact or attempt to flirt with an employee while he/she is working. It is not appreciated or tolerated by management and could lead to the employee being sacked.

That type of conversation is not indicative of a chemistry between her and you but solely a casual conversation to make time pass by quicker.

With all honesty I think she’s hustling you for tips & I’m sure you open your wallet at the end of every visit. On the other hand if she gives you her phone number your in the club brother.

Lol I know. I give the same tip everytime to everyone so whatever. I never would ask a girl out who is working anyway unless it was painfully obvious. Thank you

The same thing goes for a waitress or waiter or anyone working for tips. The more friendlier & they are the more people seem to tip.

Lol, Well yeah. They see many people throughout a shift so I'm deffinatly aware of that. It seemed a little much though bc I never flirt with a girl at work so it was 100 percent her. I just though we had a lot in common and have nice conversation.
