we facetime every day just about and talk constantly but she doesn't say she misses me and such. instead just says shed be bored with out me and such and doesn't show much emotion it seems like through text

That's tough, but honestly, I'm also a girl who struggles showing emotion. So I'd say in this case, since you are FaceTiming everyday, it's obvious that she is still interested in you. She's bored without you so she likes it when you are around. She might just have a hard time expressing how she feels, maybe she is shy or afraid of rejection. If you haven't yet, maybe try saying you miss her first over FaceTime and see if she reciprocates it. If she's nervous to say something like that, you saying it first might help her feel a little bit better about saying it too. And if you really can't seem to get more emotion from her, simply just ask if she is still interested in you or how she feels about the two of you. A little straightforwardness never hurts when trying to figure something out.
