Because people irrespective of looks like to achieve things in life. they want to improve themselves, do better, make a difference. make their own money, make friends at work, meet people they are not actually married to or in a relationship. Having a life is basically it.

Because they are stronger independent women chasing their dreams and not needin no man

Because they have to make money like everyone else
