Gym Girls, why do they look at you?

In the gym I notice more and more Girls kind of staring at me. I Am not a succesfull person with the ladies. I actually have been told a lot that I am not attractive by Girls and they didn't look at me at all before too. I Look better now and am more confident in my body but the Girls that seem to stare at me in the gym are with their boyfriend or insanely attractive so attraction can't be the reason. I Looked at my form that is allright so not making a fool of myself and am not lifting that heavy that it is interesting.

So I have no clue on why they look is there a way to find out why without risking making a fool out of myself can I see at the way the look why it is and if yes how?

You should be so focused in the gym you don't notice other people and what they're doing unless you are next in line on the machine. Keep your eyes on the prize mf, it's chest day! 💪👊💥

Nah it's Wednesday normally cardio Day, but I notice them on chestday tho been single long time only notice them in my rests

Mon-Wed is Chest day. Thurs & Fri Arms & Back so you can destroy legs on the weekend. When you are resting you should be watching Noel Deyzel or Robertfrank619.

So Monday legs/abs

Tuesday chest back arms

Repeat that Thursday Friday
