Why this girl is not answering my texts or calls after losing the game she challenged?

So I met this Thai girl in a cafe. She was with her friend a Korean girl. They both were talking about being sapiosexual. They were ranting about the awkward failed dates they had been on and other stuff. She seemed an artistic person the way she was dressed. I could listen to them since she was behind my chair. There were only 4 girls and 2 guys in the cafe at that point. She suddenly stood up and challenged that if anyone can beat her in Chess she would date that person (as long as they are decent). She joked and we all laughed. After few minutes, I approached her and said why would you joke? Are you so desperate to date? She laughed at me. She said something in Korean to her Korean friend. She then said it was just fun. They were being funny. They were not serious. I said what if I beat you in chess right here? She laughed again before she could say anything her Korean friend said okay if you beat her, she will consider dating you but if you lose you pay our bill. I said okay let's try. She opened her tablet, it was a Samsung tablet. Opened the chess game app. I beat her in the first game. She gave a tough fight. She demanded another game, I beat her again, this time but easily lol. She again said another game? I said why not. This time she was winning in the beginning but I managed to draw. She gave me her number and said call me after 7 pm, we will get dinner to get to know each other. I tried calling her but she doesn't respond. No reply to texts. What would be the reason? Can anyone try to solve this mystery? Why do girls behave that way? Did I make a fool of myself? Ladies, can you interpret this girl's behavior? Sorry for the long essay.

I really question whether people today have the attention span for movies. Though it's also the interactivity of video games, and the lure of social media gawking.

I don't like where film has gone today. It's either too superhero and fantasy, or too woke and preachy.
