Do you feel bad for girls that still care about high-school popularity well into adulthood?

If they do , I've not known that , but I'm certain some do , I feel very sorry for them.
Its not so much of a thing in my home country Australia , as it is in USA , but it still did exist. We just had a really important major reunion , and it was great to see those people , I can really think of only one who really held onto the popular view , she became a school teacher that possibly didn't help her cause , just that organising type of person , status.
Funnily enough if financial status was her goal ( which it partly is I guess ) Im wayyyy wealthier :) which is funny to me , because I was nowhere near as " into " school.
People , loose track of school days over time , and you are just left with what you've done in life.
Reference to the song " Glory days " is always quite relevant for some , yes I feel sorry for any males or females , that hang onto this view of self.

LOL I actually found someone on this website ragging on my friend saying why would anyone care about this girl if she was not popular in highschool like 7 years later. She is also an elementary school teacher. I never even thought much of her other than she was a cute girl... didn’t know she was so arrogant to think people would care about her almost 10 years later when she is not famous or established or an athlete or something...

Her name is Alyssa 😂. I asked her who would genuinely care about her that long after highschool other than her friends. Unless she went to the olympics, won a Nobel peace prize, or wrote a novel... like I don’t think the average former stoner (me) or nerd would really care

If they are out of High School, I can't understand why they would still care about it. What matters in High School with popularity is WHAT YOU DO WITH IT. Don't utilize it for attention, apply it to what you can do for your classmates, and help them make a difference.

Well if they do, they are sad little creatures. High school looms large when you are in high school. Once you're out of it, usually you realize how petty and stupid a lot of it was. If one is obsessed about high school even after high school, well obviously life isn't going as planned and they just want to relive the past when they ruled their roost.
