Why Are there People who STILL Do Not Wash their Hands after they've been to the Toilet?

I am of course referring to those who use public toilets, because I have no idea what they get up to at home. I would have thought that since this whole virus nonsense began that people would now do that which they should have done all along anyway, and that is maintain basic hygiene. Apparently not. I guess they just never cared. It's one of the reasons why I don't like using public toilets, because I've lost count of the number of times I've seen strangers leave the cubicle they were in and just rush out.
Why are people like this? Don't they believe in the existence of germs?

I HATE people who do this. Especially the pieces of sh*t who don't wash their hands, but then expect people to shake their piss and sh*t covered fingers in a handshake. And you're naïve if you think it's only men who are nasty MF'ers like this. I wish I could dunk the heads of all of those who take a piss or sh*t and then just walk right out the bathroom. Might as well have your chef jizz in the food he serves you, because it's almost the same thing.

I know this isn't a legitimate question and all, but it pisses me off so much.

Yeah it beggars belief that people do not wash their hands.

Not just that but people can’t even wash themselves properly.

seeing someone with same black mark on back of arm etc, when it’s obviously just much that’s not been washed off but it’s been there a few days. Service stations are just germ breeding grounds and adults don’t wash their hands but also take their kids in and don’t show them simple hygiene.

God yes, and when I'm standing in line at a shop waiting to be served, and the person in front of or behind me CLEARLY hasn't had a bath in about a month, because they STINK! Ewwwwwww! I simply CANNOT STAND body odour!

I've lived and worked in several parts of the US, and been in central and south American countries. It's sadly the predominant habit in some places in all four countries. Egh 😰

I don't even understand people who don't wash their hands BEFORE going to the bathroom... and this was my mindset way before the pandemic ever happened. Washing your hands afterwards should always be a given, but also think about all the things you touch and come in contact with before even going into the bathroom. How do you not wash your hands before handling your nether regions to do your business?

Yes, most people believe in germs. No, most people don't care. Or at least they don't care enough to be even slightly inconvenienced by it. Many people are lazy and selfish. That's something else that this pandemic should have made you very aware of.

Exactly I have seen the same even some people dont flush their left over in public toilets. That's why I rarely use public toilets.

Well depends. Sometimes i dont touch anything. Ie door in w foot. Unzip pants and dick flops out at urinal. Door out w foot. So why would i wash my hands? In fact that would make them dirtier touching sink and stuff.

Sometimes i wash my hands before i pee because they are dirty and i dont want dirt or stuff on my dick. Sometimes i have to touch it if its cold or im wearing certain jeans. But tbh i dont bother to wash after. My dicks clean.
