A typical Indian makes faces when I buy toilet paper trying to insinuate his use of hands and water to clean it up is superior as he falsely claims he uses soap and water every time.

I use TP and flushable baby wipes. But the only way to get totally clean is to shower.

Bidet & disposable wipes is the way to go. Anything else is gross.
