Girls, How do you behave when you are shy/nervous around a guy because you like the guy?

I act normal but maybe have a poker face / cold/ but I smile too lol. I usually initiate messaging here and there.. then I wait for the guy! They never initiate messaging and yeah.. I take it as that they are not interested.
Sadly I appear very sweet too I can’t help it and guys don’t really initiate with me because they think I will have a baby after 9 months if I date them today ! But not really I also want to know the guy and see if I like him..

Why would she be acting shy towards me. Given I've known and spoken to her heaps for a while now. She tends to fiddle with the collar of her shirt and name badge everytime we talk

I just had this scenario. He kept inviting me out and I was quiet around him and walked by/ talked to other people instead. Now I am dming him to try and make up for it. I always get shy with men I’m attracted to and i can tell he thought I was avoiding him. 🤣 can’t help myself

The girl I like a work i talk to her and she seems happy to see me. By calling out my name and waving to me. When ever I talk to her she is fiddling with the collar of her shirt and fiddling with her name badge

I feel like an idiot and can't speak. If I can speak, my voice has a different pitch and the words coming out of my mouth barely make sense. It's a curse. I can speak to large groups without this phenomenon.

This girl at my work seems nervous towards me. She fidgets with her collar and name badge when we talk. She seems happy to see me. But we've known each other for ages and spoken heaps but she seems nervous. She replies to my texts too but then occasionally reads a message but doesn't reply

If she is fidgety when you approach, she's struggling. I prefer it to be kept short, but more frequent.
