Does anyone else feel like a lot of people assume that you are dumb?

I've felt this way since I was in like high school. I'm not smart but like it's just something I notice, it's like the way some people talk to me compared to others. I wonder if other people feel this way too.

Yes every single day there is always somebody trying to get something. In real life I'm kind of a quiet person I see things that I feel things deeper than most people I know when people are lying to me with in a heartbeat.
And when I do this and I'm quite about it that's when people think you are dumb because I'm not jumping up and down going you liar.
There are many people who think that they are so smart when you're quiet person they think that they have gotten over on you when you're a quiet person
I think you're going to go through this a long time in life because you do have a beautiful heart and you are smarter than most I've read some of your questions before and you put yourself down you need to stop doing this there's a reason for it you don't quite understand it yet I don't think and who you want to be because you do see things deeper than most people and feel things deeper than most people. Your passion and your desire is much greater than most people's you have an understanding of people sometimes deeper than they know themselves
I call people like you one of God's soldiers.
Because even though that you know if they're going to treat you wrong they're going to take from you or treat you as if you were stupid you know you're not I know you're not
And in allowing them to get one over on you they are proving to themselves who they really are no matter what we do in life we have to pay for it whether it's good or bad
Sometimes you are simply the tool it is being used 2 teach somebody something and when he goes over their head and they think that they've got away with something they have a choice either keep doing it are to learn from it and say I don't want to be this person you're always reimbursed someway somehow but the person that's doing this to you has an opportunity to either get out of it further and further downhill and if they keep going down hill the price that they're going to have to pay is just so big it's unreal

Yup, often. It's because of the way I look. The Horn Effect. Some people always assume the worst about me, and it's usually dumb people, too. I used to hate it and fight against it, but now I just play into the role and let them think I'm far dumber than I really am, including online. I even do that here on Girls Ask Guys. Because I am usually able to slide under the radar that way, and end up saving companies and such. Although I never get credit for it. But yeah, usually people never believe I'm as smart as I am, even while acting naturally. So I just let them pretend I'm dumb.

If you think you are smart (Warning: not over smart) then even if you are dumb you will become smart. Many people say I am mature than other 13 yr olds it is because I think maturely not like a 13 yr old. If you rely on the comments of other people to know about yourself then you don't know about yourself at all. Go and try to learn about yourself. Start loving yourself than the comments of people. Don't think that they are thinking you dumb or comparing you with others. The most important thing is what you think of yourself not what others think about you. I hope it didn't offended you. I mean that if you think you are dumb then it won't bother when you act like dumb and you will become one but if you will think yourself smart then a feeling will come inside you that you need to do things smartly and you will become smart. Yes, people talk down to me a lot. My voice is soft and people assume a lot of things based on that. Sometimes they even think I’m afraid of them which really annoys me. People come up with a whole personality for me just because of my speech pattern.

Yes, many older people assume I'm dumb because I look young like a teenager. Not trying to brag but I'm actually quite intelligent and observant. So I use this to my advantage by appearing naive, I then absorb any information that I may need to outsmart/outplay them, to my benefit, in the future if necessary.
