Not gonna lie I had a small laugh at the word "confront" - like I imagined you wanting advice on how to walk up to someone and tell her "let's have sex BBBBBBitch"😂😂😂-seriously though it's actually fairly easy - become witty and expressive and opinionated and don't be boring and super agreeable - Girls are more versatile than guys when it comes to talking - You could easily talk about philosophy and psychology while getting the topic back to her experience and your experience you could tease her here and there etc. Endless options really - If you're the typical dude your range of topics is between cars the gym and maybe just maybe technology and politics - get a wider range of topics and be fun to be around that's pretty much it

Be honest and don't force things too much, keep it casual - you're strangers after all. Maybe something like "Hey, I think you're really pretty and I'd love to get to know you. Would you wanna grab coffee sometime?" or if it's a girl you happen to see a lot because she's a frequent client at your job or something you can say something more relevant.

Just don't go overboard on how she looks no matter how hot you think she is, make a comment not related to her looks (hence the I'd love to get to know you bit), and most importantly if she says no it's NO. Don't insist, just move on.
