I honestly agree with that - tbh most girls don't care or like it/smile wtv - I wasn't particularly looking at her up and down but I was looking at her face. she went the extra mile. but this answer seems the most believable to me tbh.

Also, thats why i went on this site to ask that because it was the first time I see a girl reacting like this to me - now it makes more sense why she went back to talking to her friend like nothing happened because i didn't look for much longer and kept walking - she might have thought "oh so he wasn't gawking or he was just looking nothing special and i took it too far" thats why she acted like nothing happened after lmao - probably other guys before me gawk then she assumes every guy that looks at her will do the same
