Girls, is breadcrumbing a good thing from my ex girlfriend?

Anonymous
Hi, so it's been 4 months since my ex girlfriend broke up with me. I'm 29M she's 35.
And I've noticed certain behavior that has me thinking about her a lot lately.
Some of this things I've noticed and other have been brought to my attention by close friends, like:

She restricted me on Facebook 2 months after breaking up.
Posted sad and breakup related stuff when she was the one who did it.
Posts "indirect" stuff about things we said and had plan to do. (Like having kids, etc)

This one is huge!
On nov 16, she changed her profile picture on whatsapp. I didn't pay importance to that.
Later that evening a friend of mine shared me screencaps of her instagram stories.
She was at the same movie theater we went on our first date as a couple.
She was even wearing the same outfit as she did on that date.
And she did it all on the 16th. The same date we became a couple months earlier.
The very next morning, she changed her whatsapp picture to the usual one.
And last Sunday she shared a "sad" story about losing someone and how good she had it with that guy. Interesting, right?

I know I should not overthink stuff like this and that it doesn't matter, but it's interesting.
My friends have been telling me to break No Contact and talk to her. But, I don't know.
After breaking up, I didn't even replied to her last text, I just went NC.
I was sad, angry and pissed at her. But, never told her anything nor posted anything about it on social media like she did.
I never begged, never pleaded, no nothing. Just walked away.
I got a new job, met new people, all that. But I never stopped thinking about her.
What should I do? Is this a good thing? I mean, she's breadcrumbing, right?

Anyway, I hope you girls can help me out with this one.
Thanks for your time and for reading.
Happy holidays! Stay safe, peace!

PD: The Nov. 16th stuff, she went alone to the movie theater. Apparently she isn't dating anybody. But I do not know that for sure.
I am seeing somebody but it's more sexual than serious, so...
