Women in general don't like being stared at. So don't do that. I know that sounds dumb. It is a complex paradox because men are intensely visual creatures, so we tend to judge our prospective dating partners with our eyes first. Glance once and leave it be. Most girls are insecure; ignore her, or better yet, talk with another woman in her presence. Pretty soon she'll be the one stalking you wherever you go. I've found this to be very effective. Even women who claimed to be just "friends" became fiercely defensive whenever they saw me getting friendly with another girl in front of them.
