When a lady always greets a man what does it means?

I have moved to a different house and there is this particular a lady that her room next to mine. She always greets me anytime she see me in a house and I'm getting confused what does she really mean or there is something I have to do that I'm not doing? 😳🤔

Greets you as in says hello? I say hello to my neighbours every time I see them… even if it’s just a wave. If we’re right near each other I’ll start a conversation - is this not normal where you live?
